Elaha Mahboob


Elaha Mahboob is an Afghan technology entrepreneur and social impact leader dedicated to expanding digital access and education for women and girls in restrictive environments. She is the co-founder and Program Director of the Digital Citizen Fund (DCF), where she leads initiatives providing digital literacy, financial education, and emerging technology training to thousands of girls across Afghanistan.


Elaha has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Social Entrepreneurship and is a writer and executive producer of the feature film Afghan Dreamers, which tells the story of the Afghan Girls Robotics Team and their global impact.
